SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Position Description

You will serve as a Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist in the Air System Group, System Safety and Air Systems Integration Department, Air Systems Integration Division of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will manage project/program requirements, objectives and metrics, and resolving conflicts among schedules, funding, and resources.
• You will plan work and prepare performance plans covering work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work.
• You will ensure the quality of its Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements provided by personnel; provide for personnel training and development necessary to prepare individuals to successfully support cognizant programs.
• You will ensure fiscal management by observing and applying STRL position management and classification principles, analyzing, monitoring, and reducing costs.
• You will prepare and manage budgets for programs and ensuring system support during deployment, operation, and sustainment.
