You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the PEO AVIATION COMMON SYS & COMM SVCS, SECURITY COOPERATION PROGRAMS OFC of NAVAL AIR SYSTEM COMMAND HQ-OSF.

You will support the lead Foreign Military Sales Case Manager for assigned programs with program management, planning, scheduling, analysis, and reporting responsibilities.
You will serve as liaison within the organization in developing and executing Aviation System programs.
You will gather, validate, coordinate, and assemble program data, including statistics and narrative statements, for presentation to reviewing authorities.
You will analyze Letters of Offer/Acceptance, project documents, contracts, instructions, budgets, and reports.
You will monitor, review, and analyze contractor performance against program directives, pricing estimates, cost baselines, schedules, and budgets.
