MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Position Description

You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Naval Test Wing Atlantic, T&E Management for Programs & Operations Division, Administrative Support Branch of NAVTESTWINGLANT NWCF.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will support command leadership in all facets, to include answering phones, emails, and managing schedules.
• You will regularly communicates with all squadrons across Naval Test Wing Atlantic (NTWL), NTWL staff, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), and Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) to ensure open dialogue and clear communication.
• You will attend leadership, contractual, and financial meetings in order to understand the organization?s scope of work.
• You will use critical thinking and innovation to solve problems independently.
• You will identify opportunities for process improvement within the command and advises leadership of solutions to implement positive change, to include authoring and updating SOPs, briefs, and organization charts.
