QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST (ACFT)

Position Description

You will serve as a QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST (AIRCRAFT) in the Compliance and Quality Department Quality Control Inspection Division of FLTREADCEN EAST.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will develop quality trends and status reports for use by management to minimize or prevent recurrence of Quality problems.
• You will evaluate rework procedures and operations of aircraft, aircraft engines, components, and accessories through analysis or inspection to ensure they are in compliance with requirements and regulations.
• You will identify and inspecting quality characteristics in accordance with specifications, maintenance manuals, and customer feedback.
• You will provide guidance and recommending new policies, procedures, and processes to the Integrated Product Team (IPT)/competency leaders.
• You will develop schedules and assign work to personnel to perform quality assurance functions to meet program objectives.
• You will conduct quality and safety related training for QA, production and support personnel.
