INTERDISCIPLINARY SUPERVISORY ENGINEER/SCIENTIST/ANALYST

Position Description

You will serve as a Interdisciplinary Supervisory Engineer/Scientist/Analyst in the Engineering Group (V5), Acquisition & Tech Support Department (V53), Test & Evaluation APEO Division (V532) of PEO CM and UAV JNT.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will serve as principal test and evaluation counsel to the NAVAIR Engineering Group and the PEO.
• You will maintain insight and keep TEPL Division, Engineering Group, and PEOs advised on the adequacy and quality of technical and test support.
• You will convey PEO?s schedules and requirements for support, test, and engineering products to the NAWCAD Product Directors and the TEPL Division.
• You will actively identify and pursue risk mitigation actions and secure organizational support as required.
• You will represent the Engineering Group and the TEPL Division in design reviews and acquisition reviews as determined by the Program Manager and PEO.
• You will provide advice, counsel and/or instructions to individual employees on technical matters, policies, and processes.
• You will establish employee yearly performance and training objectives and evaluates their performance.
