You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT GROUP BUS INTELLIGENCE & DATA ANALYTICS DEPT of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

You will collect data, conducting studies and analysis, and recommendations; and establishing guidance for the command.
You will provide personnel systems management and administration support for a major NAVAIR site.
You will evaluate the effectiveness of automated personnel systems procedures and operations for accomplishing human resources functions
You will identify and resolve inconsistencies, omissions, and errors and performs quality analysis of output products and data files and data tables to assure both processing accuracy and satisfaction of user requirements.
You will serve as Group NMCI POC; Maintain equipment and inventory; Attend NMCI POC meetings and ensures information is shared throughout the HCM Group.
