Position Description

You will serve as the Deputy, Chief Data & Analytics Officer for AIR-00 in the Enterprise Architecture/Data Division, Digital Department of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

  • You will provide direct support to the NAVAIR Digital Integration officer.
  • You will cultivate strong relationships to partner on solving mission problems with data.
  • You will identifying and engaging NAVAIRs key stakeholders and IT decision makers to build partnerships around data priorities and problem solve through collaborative working relationships.
  • You will promote data sharing and break organizational silos.
  • You will continuously assessing NAVAIRs enterprise data, analytics, and infrastructure maturity across key capabilities of people, process, and technology.
  • You will build a data-driven culture by taking the lead to improve data literacy and acumen within NAVAIR.
  • You will drive transformation through a mission focused data and analytics strategy that can influence the enterprise-wide business strategy and answer key NAVAIR questions.
