INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER/PHYSICIST/MATHEMATICIAN

Position Description

You will serve as an Interdisciplinary General Engineer, Electronics Engineer, Physicists, and/or Mathematicians in the Mission Systems Group, Avionics Engineering Department, EO and Special Mission Sensors Engineering Division, Intel Surveil and Recon (ISR) Branch of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will provide technical direction and guidance for the design, planning, directing, coordinating, conducting, and reporting of Interoperability, Networks and Advanced Technology Evaluation.
• You will lead cross-organizational collaboration to leverage Science and Technology investments to enhance P-8 capabilities.
• You will provide technical guidance and oversight of System of System (SOS) integration, engineering/scientific analysis, requirements, derivation, and acquisitions support.
• You will manage P-8A joint program roadmap discussions, planning efforts, risk assessments, and reviews to coordinate capabilities and development efforts across PMAs, Navy, and other SYSCOMS, and Australia.
• You will Lead and direct Science and Technology efforts across PMA-290 (P-8A, DMO, Special Missions)
