Position Description

Provides advice and resources to managers in recruiting, hiring, and delivering the right people to support the warfighter. External candidates are recruited, made available to managers, tracked, hired, and brought on board. Implements full life cycle recruitment process, which includes developing and implementing annual recruiter training, administering annual recruitment events and recruiter assignments, assisting managers with available candidate pool, conducting event and recruitment source analysis, coordinating site visits for ESDP and journey level candidates, and executing all ESDP hiring actions. Administers NAWCWD Wounded Warrior Program and implements annual Individuals with Disabilities and Wounded Warrior Recruitment Event. Applying evaluative techniques to study efficiency and effectiveness of overall management operations. Studying improvement of management procedures, systems, policies, and regulations. Providing technical assistance and guidance in such areas as productivity, distribution of work, management practices, compliance with regulations, organizational structure, and effectiveness of administrative policies. Conducting detailed analyses of complex functions and work processes. Performing special studies and participating in working group meetings with program managers, planners, and key officials. The ideal candidate should have the following skill set: Strong Analytical Skills - Turning Data into Decisional Information and Developing a Comprehensive Work Product.
