Position Description

This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of vacancies through the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base Facilities and the Major Range and Test Facilities Base in the DoD. Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will provide operational support and maintenance of Laser and photo-optical instrumentation.
• You will support all aspects of the set-up and operation of laser and photography equipment, including configuring, image processing for customer?s data product, testing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• You will gain tracking, laser, and photographic knowledge and experience with the following: Laser/camera instrumentation such as laser spot camera operation, Optical Tracking Mounts, near/shortwave-infrared camera, and high speed/still photography.
• You will gain the ability to optimize analog or digital imagery for low light, overexposure and low contrast scenes in order to provide imagery to meet customer specific requirements.
• You will ensure that the variety of tracking mounts, laser designators, high speed digital, infrared/visible spectrum video cameras provide the required video/ data products with annotation, encryption recording, transmission and reception.
