Position Description

You will serve as a Operations Research Analyst/Computer Scientist for Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division. The F-35 Lightning II Programs bring cutting-edge technology to the battlespace of the future and provide asymmetrical advantage to today's warfighters across the globe. Position Duties/Responsibilities

  • You will serve as a Cyber Threat Analyst for Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, assigned to the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) specializing in technical intelligence for F-35 program.
  • You will review all applicable program engineering and technical information and specifications and identify cyber intelligence requirements for the F-35 air system.
  • You will generate cyber threat intelligence documents to support program decision and perform all engineering work necessary to ensure effective and responsive intelligence support to F-35.
  • You will represents the JPO at Navy, Air Force, DoD and other US Government intelligence, survivability and threat support meetings, seminars and conferences.
  • You will serves as the technical subject matter expert in the area of US intelligence capabilities and limitations, foreign cyber threat capabilities, and foreign military research, development, test and evaluation (RDTE) activities.
  • You will formulate the overall program cyber intelligence support policy; lead Cyber Threat Working Groups by identifying and analyzing program threat requirements; and coordinating and facilitating US Intelligence Community participation.
  • You will be responsible for performing scientific and technical intelligence in support of RDTE requirements for the program provide cyber intelligence inputs for modeling and simulation requirements including scenario development.
  • You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing and managing cyber intelligence support activities and products to include support from various Navy, Air Force, DoD and US government agencies and activities.
  • You will coordinate intelligence briefs from experts in support of assignments; participate as the cyber intelligence representative on study groups and panels concerned with development of cyber intelligence support policies and procedure.
  • You will give presentations and briefings to project management, Navy, Air Forces, DoD, US Government and industry personnel; provide continuous guidance/advice concerning the most difficult and controversial intelligence problems encountered.
  • This position is eligible for part time, full time or ad-hoc telework at the discretion of management.
