SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER

Position Description

You will serve as an Supervisory Program Manager in the Naval Test Wing Atlantic (NTWL) of NAVTESTWINGLANT NWCF. This position is established to support the Test & Evaluation Leadership Division (TEPL) under the direction of the Commander, NTWL.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will be the TEPL Test Resource and Information Manager and are responsible to the TEPL Division Head for the overarching systematic planning and provisioning of resources.
• You will have supervisory duties of the Test Resource Managers (TRM) and Test Information Managers (TIM) supporting individual PEO and NAVAIR programs.
• You will be the subject matter expert on matters of test resource and test information management and provides guidance consistent with NTWL policy and the program's T and E strategy.
• You will be responsible for standardizing T and E metrics presentation across the NAVAIR T and E Portfolio, developing and managing metrics collection systems and web-based tools.
• You will implement new metrics and tools across programs and supervising TRMs and TIMs performing the functions as assigned to specific program offices.
